About Us
We are a team of investigators looking to improve diversity in cancer clinical trials. As part of the Connecting Underrepresented Populations to Clinical Trials (CUSP2CT) program funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), we hope that improving knowledge of cancer clinical trials will improve referral and enrollment into cancer clinical trial. The SUPPORT website will help patients make informed decisions about joining a clinical trial as well as help identify clinical trials that they might want to join.
SUPPORT was developed in partnership with the following institutions and organizations:
- Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Chicago, Illinois)
- Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, Massachusetts)
- ECOG-ACRIN (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
Goals
- Help patients learn about cancer clinical trials.
- Help physicians support patients who want to learn about clinical trials.
